Atlas Reactor team unveils the winners of the most recent ESL Go4Cup.
The Atlas Reactor ESL Go4Cup is an event held weekly by ESL Play, part of the ESL Gaming Network, the world’s largest e-sports network. Through the cup, players have a chance at winning cash prizes, along having their names recognized among the e-sports community.
The latest cup was held on the 12th and the 13th of November, with Team Vexed Gaming from the North American version, and Team Outplayed from the European version being the winners. Atlas Reactor reached out to Team Vexed Gaming to ask them a few questions regarding the experience. Playing with Celeste, Grey, Rask and Su-Ren, the skilled winners mentioned that their victory was achieved thanks to ” Positioning. We were able to trap 3 players in a corner of the map for several turns forcing them to use catalysts. That made it easy to secure some kills afterwards.” You can check all their answers at the official website.
The November finals start on November 26. You can keep track of the schedule on ESL Play.
Developed by Trion Worlds, of Rift, Defiance, and Archeage fame, Atlas Reactor is a turn-based competitive multiplayer online game with MOBA elements. It was one of the new e-sports releases to watch for and while it didn’t reach the immediate success and fame of its competitors, it’s well regarded in the e-sports community. Featuring a very strategic approach to the genre, Atlas Reactor counts with colorful graphics and a comic and powerful cast full of personality. And just like other e-sports, each character’s backstory and the world’s lore is one of the major things to be excited about.
Atlas Reactor was officially released on October 16, 2016, for Windows PC from Steam, as well as the official website by making use of Trion’s very own Glyph client, where players can download and manage games published by the company.
