Battlerite is a arena fighter game that is currently on Steam Early Access. The team behind the game decided to change things up this month with their patch for the title to ensure you get everything you want or need for their “Enter The Arena” event, as well as make the game better.
The first patch, titled Patch 0.11, will bring in a new champion in the form of Raigon, the Exiled Prince. It also starts the next season of online gameplay, as well as the next batch of fixes for Battlerite. This patch has been pushed back to the 15th of February. Then, on February 28th, Patch 0.11.1 will be released. This patch is being kept under wraps for now, as they’re working to do something big with this one that could help improve the game in a big way.
As for the newest champion, Raigon, here’s a preview trailer for him.
He’s pretty powerful, and has a variety of moves that you can use to overwhelm your opponents. These include Sword Slash, Retribution, Heavenly Strike, Parry, Seismic Shock, Dragon Palm, Wrath of the Tiger, Slicing Wind and Tectonic Shock. All of these have special abilities of their own that you can use to capitalize on any advantages if done right.
There is also new details on what Season 02 (which is slated to last until April) will bring. This includes a new League, more divisions within the Leagues, Demotions, no more placement games, and much more
