Developer Pearl Abyss has revealed a media showcase to unveil the highly anticipated mobile MMORPG Black Desert Mobile. The game was finally shown to the public in Seoul, with pre-registration now underway.
The mobile MMORPG utilizes the IP from the PC version known as Black Desert Online, which is also developed by Pearl Abyss, and we’ve now seen the game make its way to the mobile platform.
During a recent unveiling event, Pearl Abyss revealed the contents of what players can expect to see from this mobile transition, and what the future holds for the game.
Kyung In Jung, the CEO of Pearl Abyss, commented:
“Today, I am proud to present to everyone, our second work of art, which is a combination of our passion for MMORPGs and persistent technical mastery, Black Desert Mobile. We will do our best to make history with our new game by following in the steps of the original Black Desert, that made so many gamers’ hearts race with excitement.”
The developers have also revealed that they will be servicing the game themselves, having confirmed that they are ready to do so after the global experience of Black Desert Online. The mobile game will have its own business and operations team, which are more than ready to provide fans with the best possible service in Korea and the rest of the world.
