Ubisoft is a company with a lot of clever and innovative IPs, but perhaps one of their most successful is their pop culture phenomenon Just Dance.
If you consider yourself a stellar dancer, you may want to pay attention to the Just Dance World Cup. This competition drew in over 3500 participants last year and will likely come back stronger than ever this time around.
You can qualify by participating in live events such as Brazil Game Show, Paris Games Week, and TubeCon. You can also qualify by scoring high in the game’s online leaderboards.
Just Dance 2017 will launch on Wii U, Xbox One, and PS4, as well as previous gen consoles and PC on October 27th. In the meantime, Ubisoft has posted a way that you can give the game a try through a free demo.
Ubisoft’s party game IP has reached new heights, including being one of the first games confirmed for the Nintendo NX. Hopefully this event will show competitive gamers, that it’s okay to compete and have a little fun as well. Nothing speaks volumes to that more than the crazy dancing animals Ubisoft had on that E3 Press Conference stage. Everyone can bond over a little bit of dancing.
