Call Of Duty: WWII took the beloved shooter back to its roots via World War II, and players have been eating it up. In fact, the title was the best-selling game of 2017. Ever since its launch, Sledgehammer Games has been bringing in more and more new things for people to do in it. They did a St. Patrick’s Day event called Shamrock and Awe, and now, they’ve brought in a new map for gamers to play in. And if you’ve been with the series for a while, you might just recognize it.
The map is called “Shipment 1944”. But, if you remember Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, you’ll remember it as simply, “Shipment”. This map is regarded and praised for its simplicity, as there’s not much that can’t be destroyed, and because of that, the area can be a full-on Killzone if you’re not careful. Here’s a glimpse of what this new map is like in Call Of Duty: WWII.
If you listened to the trailer, you’ll have heard that this new map is free, and that it is. So you’ll be able to enjoy all the insanity and creativity that the map offers as you find clever ways to kill opponents, all the while creating ways to not get killed yourselves.
As we mentioned above, Sledgehammer Games has been doing a really good job in making sure that the game is full of new content, and we don’t think that’ll be ending anytime soon. If this map gets popular, it’s possible they’ll bring in other maps from other Call of Duty games. Are there any that you think should be in it? If so, would let us know?
And of course, if you enjoy the new version of Shipment, let us know! And maybe give some tips on how to make a good long run in it without getting killed!
