Camelot Unchained is an MMORPG that is very bold in premise. It features three grand realms, all separated from one another, all full of life and societies. You must pick one, join it, then try and help conquer the other two realms. That’s a very big game to make, and the team behind the game know that. Therefore, they try and update players when they can as to what is going on with the game, as well as what they can expect in the future.
The first thing the team notes is that they’re continuing to expand their developmental ranks. The main team is based in Virginia, but, they’re also expanding to Seattle, and should get some solid roots there. With this expansion, it means more time and effort put into making Camelot Unchained complete. Or at least, getting them quicker towards the beta they’re hoping to release as soon as possible.
While we wait though, they’ve also updated us on the game itself. Making a “Top Ten-ish” list of things they’ve done in the past week. This includes adjustments to the gameplay, such as Manual Aiming, which had been giving the team a lot of problems recently. There have also been adjustments to the animations, which will be a vital part of the first beta in the teams minds.
The biggest improvements however have been to the art. As the game models, weapons, and even VFX have been improved greatly in the past week or so. As they revealed in the pic below:
As you can see, the new armor and models look even more realistic, and there are still improvements to be made before the beta arrives.
You can expect many more updates in the weeks to come as the team presses on and tries to make Camelot Unchained the best MMORPG it can be.
