Conan Exiles is certainly grim and bleak in nature, but there is also some rather grim news coming in for the game, as it has now been delayed into Q2 2018. Conan Exiles is currently in Early Access on Steam, and in the game preview program for Xbox One, so if you really can’t wait for your fix, then at least those options are available to you.
An excerpt from the statement given by the game’s developers reads:
“Making sure that Conan Exiles is of a high technical and gameplay quality is our number one priority right now. As such, we have decided to take a little more time than we had originally planned, to make sure we get as much polish in as we can before it moves out of Early Access.”
This was then followed by the announcement that they would be pushing the release back from Q1 to Q2 2018. It isn’t the biggest of setbacks by any means, and it will give the team the opportunity to further polish and “make a significant difference on the quality of the game.”
Conan Exiles presents an open world Survival game in which you assume the role of an exile, forced out into the harsh terrain of the desert to die. There are plenty of bad things lurking around that will be trying to make your survival less likely, so you’ll most certainly need to keep your wits about you, as well as keep yourself from succumbing to the elements.
