New details have surfaced regarding the expansion to Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, entitled Road to Boruto. Scenes have emerged that will be a part of Boruto: Naruto the Movie story mode to be included in the game, with new playable characters also being confirmed.
The son of Shikamaru and Temari, Shikadai, has been revealed as a playable character in Road to Boruto, as well as Boruto: The Movie villain Momoshiki Otsutsuki also being confirmed (with Kinkishi Otsutsuki being previously announced). The video below also reveals more clues as to who might feature, including Yurui from the Hidden Cloud Village looking set to be involved also. A new combination team ultimate jutsu will allow Naruto and Sasuke to fuse their abilities together, to create Susanoo Kurama in a combination awakening, reminiscent to scenes in the movie. This new team ultimate jutsu technique will also be able to make use of Kurama and Susanoo.
The original Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 game released earlier this year in February, courtesy of developers CyberConnect2 and publishers Bandai Namco Entertainment. Storm 4 is the last game in the Storm series, boasting realistic graphics with 1080p resolution, coupled with high-octane gameplay with a gripping storyline and realistic visuals.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4: Road to Boruto expansion pack is scheduled for release in february 2017, the same month the main game came out this year. Road to Boruto will be available in North America, South America, Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Australasia on February 3rd on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The DLC will release a day earlier in Japan on February 2nd, available exclusively on PS4.
