The Elder Scrolls Online is an MMORPG set in the otherwise single-player universe of the Elder Scrolls series. Every month, a new collection of items becomes available for purchase in the crown store. The website only recently announced all of August’s items which you can take a look at right here. Let’s start with the new outfits.
The Ancestral Homage Formal Gown, to the left, is an elegant dress for the fashion-forward citizens of Morrowind. Its deep hues of blue will compliment any Dark Elf’s complexion. The middle outfit, Arvel’s Ashland Attire, is another trendy piece for those who spend their time in ash storms. Both of these will be available on August 3rd.
The last outfit available is entitled Falkreath Thane and harkens back to the land of Skyrim, gearing up for the release of the Horns of the Reach DLC. It will become available to PC players on the 14th of August and the 28th for console players.
Next up is the housing which will be available in the Crown store this month. Hakkvild is a grand manor that sits atop the city Falkreath. Built by the former jarl of the city, Hakkvild is positioned next to a crypt that house’s his ancestors. If you’re into that sort of thing, this house will be available for purchase as of the 14th on PC. Console players will once again have to wait until the 28th, however.
Also being added into the Crown Store are a selection of home decorations in the theme of the Daedric Prince Azura. The Sun and Moon Goddess’ set comes with a sculpted statue of the lady herself, a set of braziers, banners, a tapestry, a book, a candle, and apparently much more. The set will be purchasable on 24th of August.
The next items everyone seems to be excited for are the two mounts we will be seeing in the Crown Store this month. First to arrive will be the war-painted wolf mount titled the Karthwold Charger (pictured on the right). This unstoppable furball will come to the Crown Store on the 14th for PC and the 28th for consoles. Next up is the Chroma-Blue Dwarven Spider (on the left). Considerably less furry than the Karthwolf Charger, this Dwemer contraption is sure to turn heads. It will be available later this month on the 31st.
After mounts we, of course, have to talk about pets. From left to right you are seeing the Karthwolf Shepherd, Seht’s Dovah-Fly, and the Amber Ash Hopper. The Amber Ash Hopper will be the first to arrive on scene, making its debut in the crown Store tomorrow for all platforms. Next up will be the Shepherd, who will come to PC on the 14th and consoles on the 28th. And finally the Dovah-Fly will be available on the 31st.
And finally, the last item on our list for this month’s Crown Store is the Ebony Epidermis Skin which is classified in the style parlor under “markings.” This item will make any character glow an unsettling purple color so if intimidation is your thing, be sure to give this a look on the 10th of August.
