Lots of Elder Scroll fans today have tried Elder Scrolls Online at one point to see if that’s the MMO Elder Scrolls game that they’ve been waiting for. Some players liked it, others didn’t, but the developers continued updating the game and now the player base is big enough to say that The Elder Scrolls Online made a name for itself in the MMORPG community. Now, the game celebrates its three-year anniversary.
A three-year anniversary is definitely a cause for celebration, and what’s the best way to celebrate something other than to eat a lot of sweets! Chef Donolon is once again making his way to Tamriel to bring some delicious treats to us.
The event will begin on April 4, 2017, at 15:00 BST, and it will end on April 18, 2017, at 15:00 BST, so players have plenty of time to find the Chef and complete his “Ache for Cake” quest. You can find Chef Donolon in Vulkhel Guard, Daggerfall, or Davon’s Watch. If you’re having trouble with finding him, you can get a free Jubilee Cake Voucher from the Crown Store which will give you a quest that guides you directly to his location. When you complete his quest you get the 2nd Annual Jubilee Cake, which gets added to your Mementos collection. This cake can be used and placed anywhere, and other players in your group can then take a slice of it, which will give them a two-hour XP buff (stacks with other active XP buffs), so be sure to take full advantage of this while leveling.
That’s not all folks, as every daily and weekly quest that you complete during the anniversary event will give you an Anniversary Gift Box that contains crafting materials and at least one rare item. It’s nice to see MMORPGs that last for more than a year, and The Elder Scrolls Online is doing just fine even three years after its initial launch!
