The Japanese Lodestone has detailed patch 4.1 UI improvements in Final Fantasy XIV, with the dedicated site revealing some changes to the game’s user interface.
Kicking things off, the chat mode will now be saved when logging out, and will then be restored on login. Also, players are now able to summon a chocobo and a minion at the same time, according to the translation.
Plus, PF party creation dialog has now been simplified, which is sure to be pleasing news for many fans. As for the item info box, the desynth skill amount that is required will now actually be shown, something that had been previously missing. Duty Actions, such as Vril in Lakshmi, is now being converted to a general action which can be assigned to hotbars.
A particular highlight from this revelation will most certainly be the ability to summon a chocobo and a minion at the same time. This is evident from responses from fans on Reddit, who are understandably excited of having the feature introduced.
