The Yoiul Festival is a celebratory event in EVE Online, bringing many special gifts and rewards to New Eden pilots.
The holiday season in Icelandic space simulator MMO EVE Online awards players with an array of special gifts, discounts, and rewards. As part of the Yoiul Festival, those who logged in on December 19th were awarded 300 Aurum to spend as they see fit. Delivered during the December 20th downtime, the currency can be well spent at the New Eden Store, where new avatar apparel is now available.
Three new cosmetics, each costing 500 AUR, are available at the New Eden Store. Make your pilot even more fashionable with the ‘Dread’ Beret (Guristas), the ‘Pithum’ Beret (Guristas), and the ‘Boarder’ Cap (Digital Camo). All three products are available for both male and female avatars.
Furthermore, all merchandise in the EVE Store now has a discount of 15% until January 10. Fans can show their love to the space simulator by purchasing EVE themed polo shirts and t-shirts, backpacks, notebooks, keychains, decals, Coffee mugs, travel mugs, and even watches. The price cut will be applied when entering the promo code “EVEHOLIDAY” during checkout, which can be used multiple times in multiple products until January 10, 2017.
First released in 2003, EVE Online is an award-winning space simulator MMO developed and published by Iceland-based company CCP Games. As a sandbox massively multiplayer online game, EVE provides a simplistic established lore and gives the reins of in-depth development to players, who can open their own stores, manage banks and facilities, and even engage in historical wars which impact the game world.
Now with a free to play business model and optional purchases that further enhance the experience, EVE Online is available for Windows PC and OS X through the official website and the Steam platform.
