You might remember ARK: Survival Evolved as the game that got a DLC while it was still in Early Access. A strange move, but the game is now officially out of Steam’s Early Access, and today we take a look at the upcoming Halloween event that’s coming to the game, a strange new creature, the Evolution Event, and the 24-hour stream that aims to raise money for the Extra Life and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
You can find a lot of weird and exotic creatures in this game, and in the picture above we see the next animal that’s coming to ARK: Survival Evolved, but we still don’t know for sure what it is, so if you have any clues, let us know in the comments section.
Charity streams are an awesome thing, and they allow you to watch the developers of your favorite game play your favorite game. Of course, if you have the money you can even donate, as all the money gathered by these streams goes to a certain charitable organization, and in this case, it’s the Extra Life and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. The stream will happen on November 4th, 2017, so be sure to tune in!
Now, let’s talk about the game’s Halloween event. As we all know, Halloween is about having fun and enjoying the spooky decorations, trick-or-treating, and so on, but in games, it’s all about the awesome thematic rewards and scary new creatures. ARK: Survival Evolved is getting its Halloween event on October 30th, and it will last for 48 hours. During this time period, players can expect to run into eerie overworld spawns that have some amazing exclusive drops. While we’re talking about events, we should also mention the Evolution Event that is live right now and will last until October 30th. During this event, players have 2x Harvesting Rate, 2x Taming Rate, 2x EXP Rate, 2x Maturing, 2x Hatching, 2x Gestation, and lastly, 2x Faster Mating Interval Rates.
There’s a lot of stuff going on in ARK: Survival Evolved, so make sure you don’t miss out on any of these events!
