The Elder Scrolls Online recently put out quite a hefty update alongside the Horns of the Reach DLC. Within that update were a number of changes to the base game but the one we’re talking about today is the how guilds can now see what member invited a new recruit into their ranks. In a Reddit post, a guild member thanked Zenimax for the implementation of this new feature as it helped them identify a member who had stolen their guilds entire supply of gold.
According to Reddit user R_Da_Bard, someone had stolen around 3 million gold from their guild in the Elder Scrolls Online. Without the new feature in place where one can see who invited who into a guild, they might have blamed an innocent player. Apparently, the real thief had joined the guild and then invited an alt character which they logged on to and took the gold. Once Update 15 went live with the new guild feature, the thief felt pressured and thought they might get caught. They eventually gave all the gold back, even apologizing to R_Da_Bard.
This is the first of what will likely be many success stories coming out with the newest big update. Along with the aforementioned feature, the developers also put in the ability to improve equipped gear without disrobing, a colour editor for combat cues, and other helpful bits. And to think all of this was added because of the Horns of the Reach DLC.

I noticed in the ranks system there is a preview guild gold option there should also be a preview bank option so they can see what’s there but need to ask an officer the item etc as bitten way to many times where even officers just help themselves etc…
