Metin2 is one really old MMORPG, considering it launched way back in 2006. Still, there are people that are playing it, and they’ll be hosting a brand new Halloween event. It’s time to decorate your houses with pumpkins, as the Spooktacular Halloween event is coming to Metin2 on October 27th and it’s ending on November 13th. Join the celebration with thematic items and a thrilling Yut Nori minigame.
Halloween-themed items are the staple of any Halloween event, and we can expect to get our hands on Halloween equipment, a scary banner, a terrifying loyal pet and a mount in this event. Put on your demonic armor, equip the devilish Horns of Horror, take your new eerie companions with you (Shiver, Snivel, and Cruella) and go around the place and scare people while you’re riding the Lava Cave Lizard. We also get to play an exciting Yut Nori minigame, but first you need to hunt down monsters and collect Birch Branches and then craft a Yut Nori Board when you get 28 of them.
The rules of this game are pretty simple. Players will be facing the AI, both players have two pieces and whoever brings both of their pieces home first takes the win. But this isn’t a game where you use dice, you use Yut Sticks. Your movement is determined by these Yut Sticks, as you can only move a certain number of spaces that is decided by how many sticks land with the flat side facing up, and the first throw shows who starts. Whoever has the lowest score gets to go first. You can read more about this game’s rules on their official Steam post.
Just keep in mind that if you leave the map or abandon the game while you’re in a match, you won’t get any rewards!
