TwitchCon is set to arrive this Friday through Sunday, and it’s going to be a major event. Several big name games and video game developers are going to be there to showcase some of their titles, whether they’re out now, or coming soon. What’s more, there will be some major esports tournaments as well, so gamers have a lot to look forward to. This includes any fans of SEGA, who will be bringing two of their biggest titles of the year to TwitchCon to show off.
First up is the recently released Total War: Warhammer II. The game has been met with loads of positive praise and reviews, praising the game for its deep factions, fun gameplay, and online components. So, what’s coming to TwitchCon? Well, SEGA is going to show off a new campaign called the Mortal Empires, and in fact, this will be the first time that players have ever gotten to get their hands on it.
What makes it special is that it combines the factions of the two Total War: Warhammer games and puts them and new content onto one map for players to battle and conquer on.
As for the other game, SEGA is going to be going fast with the showing off of Sonic Forces. The demo at TwitchCon will show off levels highlighting not only Sonic and Classic Sonic, but some created characters to show off what the new feature will add to the game. No doubt SEGA wants to continue the momentum that their speedy hedgehog has due to the praise of Sonic Mania. And to be fair, Sonic Forces looks and sounds like one of the most ambitious Sonic the Hedgehog games in some time.
The game will be available for Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on November 7th, and for those who can’t be on the show floor, SEGA notes that many streams will be showing off the games.
