Star Wars: The Old Republic is an MMORPG set in the massively popular Star Wars universe. Developed by BioWare and published by Electronic Arts, Star Wars: The Old Republic first released in 2011 to positive reviews. It features dialogue-based choice and consequence mechanics popular in other BioWare titles such as the Mass Effect and Dragon Age franchises, allowing players to forge their own path as a Sith or as a member of the Galactic Republic. Featuring several classes and a large range of customization options, characters may also have a morality status independent of their siding with the Sith Empire or the Galactic Republic.
Knights of the Eternal Throne is a highly anticipated digital expansion pack available on December 2 for subscribers, being already playable in Early Access for players who had a continuous subscription between October 25 and November 27. It is the latest update to the MMORPG Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, available digitally for Windows PC.
