TERA EU has just revealed a new update, Attack of the Dragons. This update comes with a 30-player dungeon, reworked GvG, a lot of improvements for the Archer Class, as well as some adjustments to other parts of the game and changes to the TERA Club.
Class related changes include: Slayer got buffed on damage against normal and elite monsters and the skills Ultimate Overhand Strike and (when certain abilities previously used) Overhand Strike; Reaper and Gunner got the same buff on damage against monsters; Archer has been greatly nerfed on PvP damage and damage against low HP monsters; Berserker got tweaked.
Players above level 20 in Guilds will now collect guild experience and gold when leveling up. Death’s point penalty was removed and boss monster rewards were adjusted.
A very important update to quest related items is also getting implemented. Players will have the option to collect required items, which are provided by the quest, once again.
Achievements were added to Iron Battleground and Kumas Royale. With the new 30-player dungeon, Harrowhold, the interface had to be improved on raid player display, and some other changes to group interface. Mounts now have more space to fly. All available regions are now open to flying.
The new 30-player dungeon will be either well received by the community game, or will be a disaster and cause great controversy. Dungeons in Tera can have up to 5 members, and now, this one will have 25 more. Players will have to come up with new class combinations and organization strategies to overcome this challenge, never before seen in TERA. The same goes for the usage of mounts in the game. Only 3 areas were open. Velika, Val Oriyn and Highwatch. With the addition of all the other zones, players will have a lot more freedom in traveling in TERA.
