Tree of Savior will go under maintenance on January 23 to implement changes and address issues.
Starting on January 23 at 8 p.m. EST and going through January 24 at 5 a.m. EST, the Korean MMORPG Tree of Savior will be under maintenance. The downtime will implement the beginning of the event Survival Instinct as well as the end of the attribute discount and the New Year’s Fortune events. Furthermore, the patch will address issues such as a problem with the Patron Orb not working properly in GvG, another with the “Blessing” buff bought from the Spell Shop also not working properly, and an emote not working on party and guild chat channels.
Meant for characters at level 100 and above, Survival Instinct is a new challenge event that puts players against great dangers for a chance at a multitude of rewards. Going from January 24 to February 2, Tree of Savior‘s Survival Instinct will put parties against a collection of bosses they must go through without using any skills or items. To get started, players must interact with the Event Notice Board in either Klaipeda or Orsha and select the option “Ashaq Underground Prison”.
The Ashaq Prison dungeon consists of three stages, each giving a set number of Prison Cubes and one Fortune Cookie each as rewards. The first stage has players surviving two bosses for 2 minutes, rewarding one Prison Cube. The second, three bosses for 3 minutes, rewarding 2 Prison Cubes. Finally, the third and last stage will consist of four bosses for 5 minutes, rewarding 3 Prison Cubes. These cubes may drop the following items: Random Boss Monster Cube (x1), Keista Protective Potion, Keista Bravery Potion, Instanced One Entry Voucher (14 Days), and Superior Gem Abrasive (14 Days).
The prizes for clearing the Ashaq Underground Prison must be collected at the Event Notice Board. Furthermore, clearing the dungeon 10 times will award three Enchant Scroll (14 Days) while 20 runs will provide one Chicken Headband. Finally, players should be aware that the dungeon is only accessible once per day for every team, meaning running with one character will keep others from also attending the event. That also means rewards are given to the account, so they can only be claimed once. The entry allowance reset every day at 6 a.m. EST.
Tree of Savior is a Korean MMORPG developed by IMC Games. It is available for Windows PC through Steam in several regions.
