Capcom have announced that the frantic crossover fighting sequel Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will be launching on Xbox One and PC on March 7th, 2017. Available as a digital download for £19.99, the game puts you in control of the most powerful characters from the colliding franchises starring a roster of 50 characters.
Whether you are blazing a trail with Thor’s hammer, blasting through the air as Iron Man, Hadouken-ing your way through your opponents with Ryu, or burying your foe in legal paperwork as Phoenix Wright, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 presents a fighting experience that will cater to a wide majority of fans of the included franchises and fighting games overall.
Making its way to the current generation of consoles, having previously release on PS3 and Xbox 36o (later followed by a release on PS4), this revamped version includes all previous DLC, a digital art book and a rather beautiful looking game in general, boasting 1080p resolution at 60fps.
With a wide choice of characters from the Marvel and Capcom universe, including the likes of Deadpool, Viewtiful Joe, Chris Redfield and a cast of eight new characters that includes Rocket Raccoon and Ghost ‘N’ Goblins’ Firebrand, this revitalised beat ’em up looks to bring the fight when it releases next month. As well as featuring a “Heroes and Heralds” mode for you to customise and build your own team with, you’ll too be able to test your skills online to take on the strongest players from around the world.
