Warface is a unique mix of first-person shooter and co-op play. For the bulk of the game is based upon you teaming up with friends and allies to complete objectives across a variety of modes and maps. Also, though, because this is a modern shooter, there’s a wide array of weapons that you can use and choose from to be the most effective soldier you can be on the battlefield. Now, two new weapons are coming to the game.
The first is the CV-12 shotgun, which will be available for the Medic class in the game (yes, the medics have guns in Warface). Now on one hand, the shotgun can’t fire two rounds at once, but, it makes up for that by cutting reload time for the gun in half, thus making it a much fiercer opponent in battle. Shotguns are perfect for close quarters combat because they deal a lot of power, and buckshot can make them hard to miss if the range is right. Plus, as the team notes, you can always hit people with the gun if all else fails. There are two versions of the shotgun: Regular, and Golden. The Golden variant gives you a new look and better stats for the weapon including more damage and more ammo rounds to hold.
For those who prefer sniper rifles, Warface has you covered there too with the WT308. This real-life sniper rifle was made by a company that likes to be known for its reliability and precision above all else, which is no doubt why one of their weapons is now in Warface. This sniper rifle may be a bolt-action, but its accuracy can allow you to hit targets a very, very, long way away. Enemies beware.
Plus, you can outfit the sniper rifle with special enhancements to make it even more powerful and deadly. Because of this, the gun will be a bit harder to obtain, as it’ll cost you 450 thousand Valor Points.
So, if you’re looking to up your arsenal in Warface, there are two new guns that can do exactly that.
